Evict squatters

Your Landlord Eviction Rights

We can evict squatters immediately for a fixed fee!

Do the following sound familiar?

  • Unknown occupants in the property
  • Property was supposed to be empty but is not
  • Refusing to give you access to the property
  • Locks have been changed
  • Occupants are abusive and violent

If any of the above are familiar and there is no contract, than you have squatters that must be evicted!

We will issue proceedings against the squatters and have legal papers served by the court.

The court will set a date for possession, where a solicitor will represent yourself infront of a Judge to obtain a eviction order.

Step 1

Step 1

We will serve a Section 8 or 21 Notice on your problem tenant. It will warn them to pay the outstanding rent or to leave the property.
Step 2

Step 2

Over 80% of tenants leave after step 1. If not, we will arrange court proceedings to obtain a possession order and money judgement from the County Court.
Step 3

Step 3

If your problem tenant has not left your property by the date set by the Judge, we will instruct bailiffs to physically remove them from your property.

How to speed up the courts
